Standard 3-5 Working Day Delivery

​​Standard UK delivery is £6.50 for orders under £50.00, and free for orders of £50.00 or more. Your order will usually be dispatched within 3-5 working days. If we anticipate any delay with your order or an item is out of stock we will contact you and let you know.  Your payment will not be processed until your order is ready to be despatched.

Next Working Day Delivery

 

UK Next Business Day delivery is £10.00. Your order will be dispatched on the same day if your order was placed before 12:00 noon, and should be with you the next business day.

International Deliveries Outside of the UK

Orders outside of the UK are shipped using either Fedex, UPS or their local partners.  Orders are dispatched within 3-5 working days on the most efficient service for the size of the package and the country of delivery. Please allow between 7-10 days for delivery.  Where available we will notify you with the tracking number and service.

If your order arrives damaged or faulty please email us within 5  working days of the receipt along with your order number and a brief description and photo of the damaged item(s).  Our customer service team will then advise you how to go about returning the items to us and onc received they will either despatch a replacement item(s) or arrange a full refund (excl. shipping charges).

If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your order, please email us within 14 days of receipt along with your order number and we will advise you on how best to return your goods for a full refund excluding shipping costs.
